Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) January 26, 2012

Solar power company, American Solar, announces completion of a commercial solar installation at a Tucson facility. The project represents the first facility for American Solar that incorporates on-site solar energy production.

In collaboration with the property owner, American Solar installed a large-scale system consisting of 36 Kyocera KD-215 photovoltaic modules. Additional system components include a Fronius G+ V 7.5 kW inverter.

The solar installation is expected to produce annually 13,158 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electric power. ?This has been an exciting project for us,? said Sean Seitz, president of American Solar. ?Not only was this the first facility we?ve worked on that has on-site solar energy production, but the system size produces a significant amount of power. In addition, the building?s owner has been a supportive partner by remaining focused on energy efficiency measures throughout the property renovation.?

Find More Solar Inverter Press Releases

Denver, CO (PRWEB) March 23, 2009

With an economy that is facing hard times, one of the most prominent issues before us is the energy crisis. TheInverterStore.com is a company solely devoted to energy efficient ways to save and use energy and they are announcing the addition of two new products to their list of quality offerings.

The first of the two products is a 300-watt pure sine power inverter. This product has a compact and lightweight design with a thermal fan and USB port. Only 3 lbs it is easily transportable and far lighter than other 300-watt inverters. This power inverter is perfect for powering small items such as; cell phones, mp3 players and handheld games. Some of its features include 300W continuous power, pure sine wave, thermal fan, dual AC receptacle, on/off switch, enclosed DC battery connections, convenient cigarette plug and alligator clips.

The second product is the new AIMS 1000-watt pure sine power inverter. With many of the same features as the 300-Watt pure sine wave inverter, the 1000-watt inverter differs mainly in that it is made for powering large electronics like pellet stoves, variable speed motors and small microwaves. This inverter combines a larger source of power with the clear current necessary for sensitive equipment.

For those that don’t know what a power inverter is, it is an electrical or electro-mechanical device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC), with the resulting AC transformed to the required voltage and frequency with the use of appropriate transformers, switching, and control circuits. In this way the user can harness a power source, such as a car battery, to plug in and run any electrical device. An inverter offers an almost endless source of portable power.

Beyond these two products TheInverterStore.com carries a variety of products and inverters from simple DC to AC inverters to solar powered car battery chargers, allowing a person to charge their car battery with nothing more then the power of the sun. With innovation and affordable prices TheInverterStore.com continues to keep themselves at the forefront of the inverter market.
